Today was my very first appointment in the first colonial location and I was very pleased with my visit. Not only was everyone very kind and patient but they were also very informative and picked the best plan of action for my smile. Last but surely not least I was taken care of by the ortho assistant Sharon and she makes you feel so at home and she was super kind and attentive to me. She also is super patient and explains the entire process very well! I would one hundred percent recommend to anyone needing orthodontic work done

My appointment with Natalie was honestly one of the easiest and most comfortable experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. From the moment I sat down, she explained everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed the entire time. When she put my braces on, she was gentle, patient, and really paid attention to detail. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients. She has this calm, friendly energy that makes you feel like you’re in good hands, and it made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Natalie truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better—she’s easily the best.

I wanted to leave an amazing review to the First Colonial Behl Oerhdontics because my overall experience was amazing. from the beginning of the process to the application of my Invisaligns. Sharon made my first office visit stress free. When discussing the options between braces and invisiligns, she was very honest and I could tell she genuinely cared.I suffer from extreme anxiety and she was able to make me feel at ease.Maddie also was great in keeping communication with me and keeping me updated with my appointment and scheduling as well! Even the gentleman who greeted me when signing documents was wonderful, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.But the part I was extremely nervous for was the application of the actual Invisaligns, I was assigned Natalie to be my doctor in checking up with the process of my weekly updates for my Invisaligns. I wish I could have a person like Natalie to help me with all my appointments even outside of here! I felt comfortable and she was so understanding of my anxiety. She was kind, fun, and relatable. I’m very grateful for her in making the application of my Invisaligns so simple. I want to highlight the excellent experience shown to me as a patient of Madan periodontal, Icon Smile. Lexi was accommodating making my appointment and rescheduling when I needed to change. Tina was especially thorough when explaining my coverage. The dental hygienist assist was careful taking many X-rays of my sensitive teeth and covering my neck when asked during the X-rays. Dr. Madan was most pleasant, knowledgeable and meticulous when assessing my crown lengthening procedure which would occur at a later date.

This is my second round of treatment at Behl Orthodontics due to my lack of discipline with regard to wearing my retainers (Please wear your retainers! 🙂 and I must say that the level of genuine care and concern, professionalism and customer service HAS NOT wavered!! Ms Laurie and Ms Natalie were wonderful with my autistic so who needed braces. Ms Laurie had Ms Natalie meet with my son before starting to answer all his questions. Ms Natalie explained every step. When she started she took the time to explain each instrument, and answer all of his questions. When he got very anxious during the process, her and other staff took the time to calm him down. She was quick and efficient and because of this experience, my son is less anxious about going back for adjustments. I highly recommend Behl Orthodontics, Ms Natalie and Ms Laurie and thank them for their commitment to showing compassion for all children under their care.

The staff was very friendly, and the building was extremely clean. I loved the fact that they had a brushing station in case you wanted to brush your teeth before you see the orthodontist. Dr. Behl was very nice and took care of my teeth while I was in there. They are now turning out flawlessly from where I started. I loved that he is a top Invisalign provider; because of this, I feel safe in his hands!

Honestly, great experience!From start to finish!I was greeted at the desk by Brooklyn and taken for scans and photos by Kevin.I mean, clear concise explanations for both, payments and treatment from my treatment coordinator Ms. Sharon made ALL the difference !! My orthodontist Dr. Evan’s came in during the treatment discussion. We formally met, she made sure all was well, reiterated and further reassured me in the treatment plan. My orthodontic assistant Kaay (that’s not a typo😊) was amazing too! She placed all brackets, wiring, and color ties. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was in the chair. She was extremely kind and personable. This was my day 1 experience! So yes! I was seen and placed in traditional braces SAME DAY! Today was a great day at the Town Center location. I can’t to come back and see my team!

I have been searching around for an Orthodontist, knowing that I wanted to get my teeth fixed for some time now. I did not want to just go to anyone, I had wished my doctor from many years ago was still in business, but he has since retired and is no longer in business. I decided to give Behl Orthodontist a try. I had heard of them through name recognition. From the get go I got excellent service and over all very empathetic service. They were very thorough with X-Rays and general service to provide me an excellent consultation. I felt going into it I would like only Invisalign, however after speaking with the treatment coordinator and learning a little more about braces and Invisalign. Pros and Cons of both and of course the thoughts and recommendations of the doctor, I decided to get braces as they would be a better fit for me. I like how nothing was rushed and it wasn't like a sales pitch, even down to my payment plan. I picked a plan that would best suit my needs, knowing that I can adjust it at anytime throughout the process. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the process today. I typically only go to this office and Town Center. My son has the same couple of ladies who handle his mouth each time which is nice because he's built a rapport with them. The financial aspect is reasonable and set up an automatic monthly plan for us. Since COVID, I've been able to check in my son through text messaging, and just send him in when they are ready from him right from the car. My daughter is next for braces and I feel very comfortable with another child working with Behl!

From the moment I walked into the office I had a feeling it was going to be a great experience. Sharon the treatment coordinator was very detailed in explaining all of our treatment options as well as payment plans. They are one of the few providers in the area that still use Tricare in-network which is HUGE! It’s so simple to find a payment schedule that fits you! I was able to pick my down payment, how much I could afford per month, and they made it happen! We had a 4:00 appointment for just a simple consult and an hour later my daughter walked out of there with braces! It was unreal.Fast forward to the next day and I had some questions about the payment plan. I called Sharon and she was unable to see my contract, so she FaceTimed me right then and there so we could compare computer screens! But it gets even better! One of my daughters bands came loose and I had a hard time putting it back on. Dr. Behl FaceTimed me at 8:00pm from his HOME to help me! And when we still couldn’t get it he told me to stop by the next day to his other office after work, even though it would’ve been after hours. They also provide the kids with a really cool rewards program for good grades, good brushing, no breakage,etc. I work in the medical field and I have NEVER come across a practice that goes so far above and beyond to make you feel like you’re they’re #1 patient. I just can’t say enough great things about Dr. Behl and his staff.
