I have been coming here for ortho treatment for almost 3 years. The office is clean, staff friendly, and attentive when in treatment rooms. Jackie does my adjustments and she is very kind and always cheerful and ensures that you are comfortable during treatment. She listens to her clients and explains everything so that you understand including maintenance and post braces care.. go see Jackie she is simply amazing and all about the client.

Today, I had my first set of trays and attachments put on at Behl orthodontics for Invisalign. Within all my visits at Behl, I really have to highlight Natalie! She was quick and efficient but still made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She had answered all my questions and made me feel confident going forward in the treatment process. To top it all off, she was fun, bubbly, and over all a joy to be around! I couldn’t have asked for a better technician; she truly is a key asset to the team. I would want to continue treatment with her throughout the whole process if I could! Five stars for you girl!

i went into and bria worked on my teeth. i started my braces journey around 7-8 months ago and they looked amazing! i 100% recommend this Behl Orthodontist office. the staff is extremely friendly and knows what they are doing. i have very bad dentist anxiety and i never fear coming here.

Today I had to bring my daugter in because she had a few missing brackets and messed up the wire from her braces. I had TT today and was great. She put in new brackets and a stronger wire for my little one! She gave her the color rubber bands that she wanted. She told me to encourage my little to not mess with her brackets. TT did a great job and she was kind to us!

We experienced a life altering medical health crisis in the middle of treatment. During the hospitalization, we were terrified of so many things, and one of which was all the money and time that my son had into his treatment. We were worried about the procedure of getting back in once he was out of the hospital. Taylor and Natalie at the Yorktown location were fantastic! They got my loved one back on track. My family and I are so incredibly grateful and relieved for their concern and their care. Life happens and it is so wonderful when you’re treated like a person and not just a number. Doctor Behl And his staff are Phenomenal, They made my daughter feel very comfortable from her initial appointment until she got her braces on a few weeks ago, and wow, what a difference her teeth have already shifted so much. Today was my very first appointment in the first colonial location and I was very pleased with my visit. Not only was everyone very kind and patient but they were also very informative and picked the best plan of action for my smile. My appointment with Natalie was honestly one of the easiest and most comfortable experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. From the moment I sat down, she explained everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed the entire time. When she put my braces on, she was gentle, patient, and really paid attention to detail. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients. She has this calm, friendly energy that makes you feel like you’re in good hands, and it made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I did my 3 years treatment metal braces then permanent retainer with Behl Orthodontist and I must say they are the best in orthodontist care. I wanted to leave an amazing review to the First Colonial Behl Oerhdontics because my overall experience was amazing. from the beginning of the process to the application of my Invisaligns. Sharon made my first office visit stress free. When discussing the options between braces and invisiligns, she was very honest and I could tell she genuinely cared.
I suffer from extreme anxiety and she was able to make me feel at ease.

Maddie also was great in keeping communication with me and keeping me updated with my appointment and scheduling as well! Even the gentleman who greeted me when signing documents was wonderful, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.

But the part I was extremely nervous for was the application of the actual Invisaligns, I was assigned Natalie to be my doctor in checking up with the process of my weekly updates for my Invisaligns. I wish I could have a person like Natalie to help me with all my appointments even outside of here! I felt comfortable and she was so understanding of my anxiety. She was kind, fun, and relatable. I’m very grateful for her in making the application of my Invisaligns so simple. Ms Laurie and Ms Natalie were wonderful with my autistic so who needed braces. Ms Laurie had Ms Natalie meet with my son before starting to answer all his questions. Ms Natalie explained every step. When she started she took the time to explain each instrument, and answer all of his questions. When he got very anxious during the process, her and other staff took the time to calm him down. She was quick and efficient and because of this experience, my son is less anxious about going back for adjustments. I highly recommend Behl Orthodontics, Ms Natalie and Ms Laurie and thank them for their commitment to showing compassion for all children under their care.

The staff was very friendly, and the building was extremely clean. I loved the fact that they had a brushing station in case you wanted to brush your teeth before you see the orthodontist. Dr. Behl was very nice and took care of my teeth while I was in there. They are now turning out flawlessly from where I started. I loved that he is a top Invisalign provider; because of this, I feel safe in his hands!

My kids have been going to Dr. Martin since they were babies. My oldest is 24 and youngest 13. We have a great relationship with him and absolutely love the treatment from the front staff to the dental assistants!

Natalie is the best. I need and want to see her every time. I had my braces barely 2 months and brackets broke during my dental cleaning. Honestly, the previous dental assistant wasn’t very personable, nor were my braces done correctly. I was informed by my general hygienist that I didn’t have enough glue on my brackets. No worries, my next visit, Natalie got me straight. I still recommend Behl. Thanks!

I just loved the experience I had at Behl Orthodontics! My 3 daughter's had there first visit there and they made us feel at home and comfortable at the same time.. I enjoyed the experience and the way they were COVID -19 safe as well.. I would recommend them to anyone.. My daughter's are hopefully getting BRACES soon lol!

Giving a 5 star rating for our last visit. Dr. Elverman and Anna K. were both very kind in addressing our concerns with my son's treatment. I appreciated the integrity and kindness of their approach to achieve a healthy bite for my son.

Friendly and helpful service.

I typically only go to this office and Town Center. My son has the same couple of ladies who handle his mouth each time which is nice because he's built a rapport with them. The financial aspect is reasonable and set up an automatic monthly plan for us. Since COVID, I've been able to check in my son through text messaging, and just send him in when they are ready from him right from the car. My daughter is next for braces and I feel very comfortable with another child working with Behl!

The teams at both Behl dental locations are awesomely friendly and so professional. Both locations are great but the parking is better at the Chesapeake location.

We had the best experience with Dr. Behl! My daughter was able to get Invisalign with him after our dentist said she didn't qualify. When our dentist saw her teeth (end product) he was amazed. Dr. Behl has the best equipment and office visits were fun and friendly. We are sad that she is finished with her treatments because he is the best. No wonder he has so many offices and is killing it!

Getting braces again as an adult isnt the most exciting thing but Dr. Behl and Grace have made the whole process so easy and even exciting!

From the moment I walked into the office I had a feeling it was going to be a great experience. Sharon the treatment coordinator was very detailed in explaining all of our treatment options as well as payment plans. They are one of the few providers in the area that still use Tricare in-network which is HUGE! It’s so simple to find a payment schedule that fits you! I was able to pick my down payment, how much I could afford per month, and they made it happen! We had a 4:00 appointment for just a simple consult and an hour later my daughter walked out of there with braces! It was unreal.

Fast forward to the next day and I had some questions about the payment plan. I called Sharon and she was unable to see my contract, so she FaceTimed me right then and there so we could compare computer screens! But it gets even better! One of my daughters bands came loose and I had a hard time putting it back on. Dr. Behl FaceTimed me at 8:00pm from his HOME to help me! And when we still couldn’t get it he told me to stop by the next day to his other office after work, even though it would’ve been after hours. They also provide the kids with a really cool rewards program for good grades, good brushing, no breakage,etc. I work in the medical field and I have NEVER come across a practice that goes so far above and beyond to make you feel like you’re they’re #1 patient. I just can’t say enough great things about Dr. Behl and his staff.

The friendly team at Behl makes my son feel very comfortable with a very new season of life...braces! We met at an initial consultation that was pressure-free, followed-up and had all our financial questions answered in a stress free environment. Once we were ready to roll, the process began right away and went smoothly.
